Mount Evo at The Wiltshire Classic 2026: Showcasing Our Vacuum Roof Racks

We were thrilled to attend The Wiltshire Classic 2026, held on Saturday 14 March 2026 at Salisbury Racecourse in Wiltshire. This iconic sportive cycling event brought together riders of all abilities for a scenic day on the bike, winding through the rolling countryside of the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and picturesque Saxon villages such as Rockbourne.

As part of the event, Mount Evo hosted a stand where visitors could see our range of vacuum-mounted roof racks up close and talk directly with our team about how the technology works, its versatility, and the benefits for transporting bikes and outdoor gear. It was fantastic to meet so many passionate cyclists, from those taking on the shorter 49 km route to riders tackling the challenging 117 km long course that crosses into Dorset and Hampshire before returning to Wiltshire.

The Wiltshire Classic’s varied routes from the short, relaxed loop to the long countryside challenge, made it an ideal setting for showcasing our products to a wide audience. With free parking, feed stops, mechanical and medical support along the way, and a medal and goodies waiting at the finish line, the event truly celebrates the joy of cycling and community spirit.

Throughout the day, riders and spectators stopped by our stand to ask questions, see live demonstrations of how the industrial‑grade vacuum cups attach securely to vehicle roofs, and get personalised advice on choosing the right rack for their bikes and adventures. Many were impressed by how quickly the racks install and remove, and how they can adapt between different vehicles or types of gear.

We’d like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who visited us at The Wiltshire Classic 2026. It was inspiring to chat with so many cycling enthusiasts and share how Mount Evo technology can support their journeys, whether for weekend rides, long sportives, or multi‑bike adventures. We’re grateful to be part of such a welcoming and active cycling community, and we look forward to seeing you again at future events.

Until next time, keep riding and exploring!
