If your product develops a fault due to defective materials or workmanship within 3 years of purchase, we’ll repair it or replace it — free of charge.

Our guarantee applies to the original purchaser only, when bought directly from Mount Evo or an authorised reseller.

The 3-year guarantee is automatically applied to all orders from the 01/10/2025. Orders before this date do not qualify for the guarantee. However, if you have any issues with a Mount Evo product the customer service team will always do their best to help.

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading, rust).
• Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or modifications.
• Products bought second-hand or used commercially.

3. Proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue will be required.
   

We’ll then decide whether to send replacement parts, exchange your product, or arrange a return for inspection.
